Do you want to know which domains have been delegated to that server, or
which domains the server thinks it is authoritative for? (Both conditions have
to be true for a name server to be truly authoritative.)

Actually, it doesn't really matter, since I'm pretty sure the answer is "No"
in either case.

AFAIK, there is no Internet Domain Name protocol feature that will cause a
server to list the domains it thinks it is authoritative for. This would likely
be considered a security risk in any event. The only way to know for sure is
to look at the server's database files.

Listing domains which a server has been delegated is in theory possible, by
querying the WHOIS Shared Registry servers with the "server" command.
Problem is, I've never actually seen that work. Maybe I'm just missing
something.
