When I build Gnome from the gnome-2.10 module set from cvs I do not get Festival so I end up with whatever version of Festival is on my FC3 system, i.e. 1.4.2-25. This may be why Festival is not working for me. I see that The Centre for Speech Technology Research's download site at http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/downloads/ provides Festival version 1.95. Should this version be in the gnome 2.10 tree? Since it is not, what process is everyone using to build Festival? Are you getting it from the cstr site?
