I apologize for my absence on this discussion so far - I've been mired  
in meetings and travel over the past 8-10 days, and I will be  
continuing my travels over the coming week.  I'll attempt to  
read/digest/comment on the flurry of 40-50 e-mails on this particular  
topic when I get a chance, though.
