Hello everybody, It's great news, that way we could meet in person.
I'd like the GNOME Foundation to give a practical workshop on how to make accessible GNOME applications. This could be addressed to the participants of the Concurso de Software Libre [1]. Although in this year contest we added an accessibility category but most of the participants were completely unaware of what means that their application is accesssible. If this is planned sufficiently in advance, we could find funding to provide the participants with free transport in order to attend the workshop and the general conference. Well, you know our current economic situation in Spain... so I hope we could ;) In addition, these spanish companies [2] that are now working in GNOME accessibility under our bids could share back their expertise with the community.
