They changed the UI a bit (as you noticed). There are now multiple
accessible objects which functionally label the battery and wifi menu
items, but not all of those labels have the expected accessible

Having said that, I just committed a change to Orca 3.10 and Orca
master so that the battery status and current wifi network are presented.
