[gnome-db] PATH - Convenient Functions for GDA

The attached functions is for try to make more easy the introduction in the use and develope with libgda. It doesn't try to sustitud any current API, just merge then to allow the developer do some common tasks.

I added the modifications to gda# to fit the resent changes in the API.
