Hi,
I was just attempting again to compile libgda 2.99.3 for win32 using
MinGW/mSys.
This time I ran into the following compilation error (more output below):
/usr/bin/env: perl -w: No such file or directory
>From what I found in Google this typically comes from scripts that start
with:
#!/usr/bin/env perl -w
but really should start with:
#!/usr/bin/env - perl -w
because otherwise the -w is treated as part of the command to invoke.
For now I worked my way around this with:
ln -s `which perl.exe` '/usr/local/bin/perl -w'
but I have to admit this is a very dirty solution.
However I could not find any files containing "perl -w", so I guess it's
something generated on the fly.
Do you know where this could be fixed?
Regards
Brecht
