The only dependancies are the GLib/GTK+ (and their dependancies...).
As I used the MinGW cross compil chain, there are no other
dependancies.

All the files required are available for download  at
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32
I did not compile them myself.
