Hi guys,

Weeks ago I wrote a plugin for Gnome Do which allows users to use
Ping.FM's service to post microblog/status update to multiple website.
<http://groups.google.com/group/gnome-do/msg/63e0a7223cb33a32> Since
It also provides functionality to post message to each individual
website, I chose to include a couple of icons representing those
webistes (identica, twitter, facebook etc.). You could see a
screenshot here: <http://groups.google.com/group/gnome-do/msg/

The data returned from Ping.FM's API actually provides a URI of icon
for each service but that is from favicon of that service's webiste,
which is a bit tiny (16x16 in size). Then I found out high quality
ones at this Flickr group <http://flickr.com/groups/fluid_icons/>, but
most of the icons there are not distributed with open/free license.

So I want to listen to your ideas on how to deal with this sort of
dilemma, is there any better way to include good quality icons/logos?
