The Imageshack plugin, like the other plugins, doesn't actually look
for images itself.  It will just act on items available in the other
pane.  So, one way to use it would be to type "pictures", press the
right arrow to list the children of the Pictures folder, and select
the picture you want to upload.  Then hit <tab>"Imageshack", and you
should be good to go.
