I'm using the medsphere.net Gtk# runtime, and for the rest everything should be in the bzr, only thing needed is VS2008, obviously. :) Note that starting tomorrow, I'll be away for 2 to 3 weeks, without any internet connection, so I won't be able to answer any questions. :(
