I'm not sure that it is known who it affects. Also it is only in trunk; if
you don't want want this don't run trunk, don't run a trunk that up to date,
or reverse merge that part out yourself if you really care :) I feel that
anyone running trunk should be able to disable this if they really feel the
need to, although helping to debug is a worthy cause.
