Hey guys - I know there must be a simple, stupid solution to this, but I've been messing around with it, on and off, for several days now and I can't seem to find it. I had an application installed (Komodo Edit) and happily indexed. A few days ago, though, I upgraded the app. In doing so, I deleted the old version and installed the new version in a new directory: ~/Applications/komodoedit/bin (was in ~/Applications/komodo/bin). I've updated the config for the Files and Folders plugin to reflect this move and I've also updated the Applications menu, but I still see both when I launch Do and type "komo".
The old app appears with the generic application launcher icon while the newer install has the application-specific icon. What do I need to delete in order to remove the old Komodo item from Do's index? There is, and was, a komodo symlink in /usr/local/bin that pointed to the executable in ~/Applications/komodoedit/bin - could that be the source of the problem? I was hoping to keep that in place since it's already in my path, but I didn't expect it it appear twice in Do.
