Hi,

as a noob Mono/C# and Do plugin developer I have a couple of
questions, I don't think they've come up here before.

1. After upgrading to Ubuntu 9.04 and Monodevelop 2.0, I can no longer
use the Do project in Monodevelop properly. Primarily, I am not able
to get the Do.Universe, Do.Platform etc references to work, they just
don't appear in the list of available assemblies. This persists even
after make installing Do to the default location and restarting MD. I
imagine this may be a problem with MD rather than Do, but any pointers
would be appreciated.

2. I have noticed that the Do source files are marked up with inline
XML documentation, but can't find any copies of the built docs, if
indeed there are any. I have also been unable to build the docs
myself, my knowledge of how to do this is extremely poor, and there
seems to be little help available on the web. Having a browseable set
of API docs would make my experience as a plugin author much more
pleasurable.

I am probably missing obvious solutions to both these question, so
apologies in advance!

Many thanks,
Steve
