Hiya, I use Aqua Data Studio (www.aquafold.com) a lot, but the running application icon sporadically disappears from Docky. I think it might have something to do with opening an 'Editing window', but I can't seem to reproduce the bug easily.
ADS is a Java app -- could this be causing the issue?
