Since Chris opted to completely side-step your question, I'll take a stab at it here. :-) Docky (2) has one official PPA, which only builds for Karmic (9.10) and Lucid (10.04). Jaunty (9.04) is not directly supported. I have not really heard anyone who is on Jaunty that has manually built it, but that may be possible. We just don't directly support it in the PPA. Your best (and only) bet is to download the source and try compiling yourself.
