I set the list up originally, so I guess it's up to me to investigate.
Unfortunately, I don't know off the top of my head what's causing it.
I'll try to look into it when I get a moment.

Could you update this post if/when it is fixed? As of now I have to
subscribe to cvs-commits-list and filter it for the .po files I care
about. Slightly overkill one might say :-)
You may find helpful for now the RSS feeds by
http://cia.navi.cx/
For example, http://cia.navi.cx/stats/author/al_shopov
(replace last item with your username on GNOME CVS).
These RSS feeds appear not to be affected.
