(or arranging with our sysadmins to get you a ssh key without
passphrase so it would be usable from scripts?)
As Ross already said, that's not possible.
The only way for the sysadmins to detect if a user has an ssh key
without passphrase is when the user's secret key is stolen and abused,
though. :) (will return to studies now)
