for the interactive dialog of the screenshot utility I've added a couple
of new string into gnome-utils:
gnome-screenshot/gnome-screenshot.c: _("Include the window border")
gnome-screenshot/gnome-screenshot.c: _("Drop shadow")
gnome-screenshot/gnome-screenshot.c: _("Border"),
gnome-screenshot/gnome-screenshot.c: _("Effects")
gnome-screenshot/gnome-screenshot.c: _("Apply effect:")
thess strings appear when the screenshot utility is launched from the
applications menu and from the command line with the --interactive
switch.

I also added a frame with the effects to be applied to the screenshot
when finished taking it (drop shadow or border). this ends the work on
the interactive dialog for the screenshot utility.
