I have added a new tab on the account-editor widget of Evolution for IMAP Accounts. The widget can be accessed by Edit->Preferences->edit (for an IMAP Account).
I committed this before the 2.9.6 release of Evolution. Sorry to announce this late. Attached is the screenshot of the widget (img-1). When clicked on the "Add" button (shown in the (img-1)), another dialog pops out as in the other attachment (img-2) -- Sankar
