Thank You. The intltool-update seems to work for me.

These info should be available somewhere for newbie translators for 
sure. Some page like "New translator's basic howto"
-what software You should have
-what software You can choose between
-contact Your team here...
-if Your team dosen't exist, create one this way...
-select a project
-get the file
-if dosen't exist, grab the closest language and edit header fields...
-update against en-GB
-edit
-upload it here (link inbound)

and so on
