Urdu has both an ISO 639-2 and an ISO 639-3 code ("ur" and "urd"
respectively). The only three gettext files we have in Urdu are called
ur.po. damned-lies, however, calls Urdu "urd", as does Bugzilla. I
believe this should be changed to "ur".
