Something similar is there with Devhelp's Pashto translation. It is not shown as translated here http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/ps/gnome-2-24 , but it is translated and you can see Pashto in module's page: http://l10n.gnome.org/module/devhelp
The problem is there from a long time...
