Hallo Fanen Ahua, and welcome to the world of localisation. The warnings indicate that your system don't yet have the most basic information about your language to allow you to install translations. This is called a locale, and you can read more about it here: http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/guide/locales/glibc If you want to test your translations, you can "cheat", by installing it into another language code that you are not interested in. If you install the Zulu locale, for example, you can just copy your mo files into the correct place for Zulu translations and set your system to Zulu. This way you can test your translation before you have a proper locale installed for tiv.
