See: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=595936#c1 Anyway, I'm afraid it isn't worthwhile count the cia.vc stats in when thinking of implementing some sort of translator metrics. Pondering a kind of (former) Bugzilla user point system we used to have in old bugzilla.gnome.org, Vertimus might already contain enough data for that. But then again, I'm just guessing here.
