Evince has now support for adding new annotations. There's a new panel in the sidebar for annotations with two tabs: "List" and "Add". New strings are in shell/ev-sidebar-annotations.c
Annotations have now a properties dialog, the file shell/ev-annotation-properties-dialog.c contains also new translatable strings. And file shell/ev-window.c has a new string too.
