yoseforb has editbugs and canconfirm permissions (to change the status of a bug report). Default assignee in Bugzilla for the L10N product and the Hebrew component is yairhr, default "QA" (also receiving bug notifications) is gilosher. Should this (and the four open tickets) be changed to something?
