Thanks for the info. As you can see when you click on the link I was working in GNOME 3.16 (old stable), but unfortunately I do not get this option "Sync with Master". At the top I do see a notice "Activity going on in master". Could that be the reason why I do not get "Sync with Master"?

I was able to see "Sync with Master option" and I confirm it works. For obvious reasons, such option won't appear for a translation that is already master branch. So please make sure you're working on any other branch to see this option.

There is no such choice in my DL page, see
    https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/177253/94.
Although I use the command line to commit, it would be a useful
    option.

        Hi all,

I'd just like to draw your attention on an enhancement made
        today to l10n.gnome.org <http://l10n.gnome.org> when
committing through the Web interface. If the commit is in a
non-master branch, you have now the possibility to check the
"Sync to master" checkbox which will cherry-pick the commit on
        the master branch directly.
I hope this will save a bit of work to some of you.

        Blessings,

        Claude
