We should change that number to at least 500 or higher. But likely >1000.
Also, we should check if any other group has such a low number.
Note: This requires chmod'ing ever existing file owned by gnomecvs and making
sure it is gnomecvs and not e.g. 'avahi' (or whatever else sometimes has group
id 70).
Perhaps at the same time rename the group to gnomevcs. Though that'll really
break stuff (Mango, create-auth, etc) :P
