Kupfer has stood still for a long time.

It has finally been updated ( https://kupferlauncher.github.io/ ) but it is not
really a gnome project. I think it does best outside, even though we are
ultimately allied with GNOME’s goals of free software and usability.
I don't seem to have the right password for my account usverdrup or even the
right ssh key (although that's strange. I would have pushed to update the repo
if I could). I'd request you to close the kupfer git repo and the kupfer module
in GNOME anyway.
