I try to upload a tarball of pangomm
```
scp pangomm-2.42.1.tar.gz kjell...@master.gnome.org:
ssh kjell...@master.gnome.org
ftpadmin install *.gz
```
result:

Why do I get the warning? http://ftp.gnome.org/Public/GNOME/sources/pangomm/
and https://download.gnome.org/sources/pangomm/ exist.
