I think the default icons in GNOME 3 should be gPerfection(http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=22989).Or to be encluded in GNOME(like gorilla,glider,industrial etc.) .The gPerfection2 Clearlooks GTK2 should be encluded too.I think the themes witch are in GNOME by default now are very old and personaly...i don't like them. The author of gPerfection is William Szilveszter.Ask him and enclude his icons in GNOME 3.
