* Fix support for multi-arch with i386 userspace and 64bit kernel
* Avoid deprecated 32bit capabilities syscalls
Most of the fixes are for building things. In particular, some of the
fixes are needed to build the upcoming stable release of the
org.freedesktop runtime.
