In fact it is. I opened the package for gnome-shell and after
installation "glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/" is
executed. I tried re-installing gnome-shell and running the command
manually (both with and without --allow-any-name) but gnome shell
still doesn't work.
