Here's the metacity theme:

https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-themes-standard/tree/themes/Adwaita/metacity-1/metacity-theme-3.xml

All of the colors used are colors up top, and have a "C_" prefix. You can
simply replace the complicated-looking
"blend/gtk:base[NORMAL]/gtk:bg[NORMAL]/0.4" expressions with simple colors
like "#00ff00".
