True and good point. I was also thinking in tags. In fact I was
thinking in freetagging and the folksonomy thing, hence the
recommendation to have a look at Drupal's taxonomies. We can do with
your current tags and smart folders, I believe.

At least in wgo no projects will appear in the navigation.

Definitely. That was my original idea but I didn't want to complicate
things suggesting new pages.
