In gnomeweb-wml, docbook_html_style/yelp_customization.xsl http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/gnomeweb-wml/trunk/docbook_html_style/yelp-customization.xsl?view=markup contains the following code, which gets a specific version of the docbook xsl from bmsmith's home directory, because using the official URL would cause a slow download.
