Lately I've been working on this:

http://www.valaforums.org/

So far, for about 10 hours. I've made a lot of progress in just 10 hours, and
I think it's coming alone pretty nice. Registration, login, browse forums, and
posting a new topic works. Working on new reply next. The forms are also
pretty bland at the moment, but I just want to get everything done before
improving the appearance. Hopefully this wasn't some large project that
someone else planned to do.

Vala didn't seem too popular at the moment, I wanted to help out with that
possibly. I wanted to try to create a cummunity about Vala programming.
People could post their current Vala projects, and get help to improve their
current projects. The design is still pretty rough, but I want to finish up
the features first. I'm not sure how the design looks on smaller resolutions,
but on the resolutions that I've tested, it fits pretty nice I think. I'm also
going to add more categories and boards too, just working on the features right
now.

Anyway, just wanted to get some opinions. To see if the project sounds like a
dumb idea, or possibly a good idea? I'll probably have the site done pretty
fast, because I've made so much progress in just 10 hours. I'll work on
improving the design after I finish up the core features. It's a hand
programmed forum too, not using a forum software or anything.

Anyway, what do you guys think?
