i've added another small fix: if we can't find an icon for an event we use the default one(AJ logo). Fx this resolves the problem with Bzr events that were shown in the MultiView view without any icon...

This event i think should have an Intepretation.RECEIVE_EVENT but AJ only looks for Create/Modify/etc events by default..
