Приветствую! Насколько я знаю, этот сабж апстримом зарыт. Возможно, постепенно стоит рассмотреть вопрос об его выбрасывании. Есть хвосты в gok и dasher, что тоже требует разборки, но, вроде, как-то так. Больше apt-cache whatdepends gnome-speech интересного не выдаёт.
