Do this :
gdb attach pid_of_gnomemeeting
thread apply all bt
and post the result here.

Notice we have a problem with the IP checker. It is down, and there is a
too big delay in gnomemeeting before noticing it is down. Perhaps it is
the problem. You could try disabling "Automatic IP Checking" in the "NAT
settings" part of the preferences and see if the problem still happens.
