Hi once again, TheBonsai (thanks) , on #gnomemeeting alerted me to echo server h323:h323.voxgratia.org. I called and heard nothing so I imagine the problem is on my side and everything is ok on my girlfriends side. But I have ports: 1720, 30000-30010, 5000-5016 and 5020-5023 opened, do I need anything else?
