You are right about this. However, I feel it is too complex for most
users. I had thought about another possibility for 2.2: associate
prefixes to accounts. That's what my last hack is doing with 00. If you
are registered to "diamondcard", then 00 is going through it (provided
that ekiga.net is your default account, I do not want to break Asterisk
setups).
