Hi all, Just in case any of you are interested I came across this application which is a 'Click 2 Dial' dialer which (ab)uses SIP to set up the call.
It's actually a TAPI service to enable users to make a SIP phone call a destination from a 'contact' within compliant application (such as Outlook). URL is: http://sourceforge.net/projects/siptapi/ Although this is aimed at Hard Phones, I guess that it will work with Soft Phones as well..... Here's the clinch, it's a Windows application - but it is GPL'ed and I would be a 'happy chappy' if one you (excellent coders) could port the appropriate bits over to Linux. [Hopefully Damien won't black list me for suggesting 'our' coders should work on something else] Any way a big 'thank you' to Damien and All for the work on Ekiga! Yours, Simon. _______________________________________________ GnomeMeeting-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnomemeeting-list
