It seems that AVC and DC plugins are giving more problems than they are solving. On the other side, none of us has an AVC camera, or a DC camera, and I suppose having only one of them wouldn't be enough. Nobody from the users wants to contribute anything to AVC or DC plugins. I propose to remove them.
