[GnomeMeeting-list] Grey screen with Philips PCVC720K/40 (ToUCam XS) USB webcam

Hi, mi webcam is detected but ekiga only show one grey screen. What can I do to fix it? This is my dmesg output:

usb 3-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 6
pwc Philips PCVC720K/40 (ToUCam XS) USB webcam detected.
