I've just tested a sony DV cam on firewire on FC5 (who used to crash, see previous posts), after that I upgraded to the new kernel, and it works quite well... Is it because I fiddled around a bit installing/uninstalling/compiling etc with cvs version or the new kernel corrects something broken ? Can someone confirm this ?

something else: the option for "large video" disappeared or is it just me ?
