The gatekeeper rejects your registration. I think it might be because of
the too high bandwidth requested by Ekiga. It should be fixed in 2.0.2
which should be released this week.
Please try 2.0.2 when it is released and report back here the result of
your test. If 2.0.2 doesn't fix the problem, then there is a
configuration issue on the gatekeeper.
