You can register to ekiga.net (using the wizard in ekiga will help) and call
sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

[EMAIL PROTECTED] supports only (a/uLaw, don't remenber which), 613 supports
other codecs. For tests I also use [EMAIL PROTECTED] Using that
3 adresses you may test with iLBC, GSM, and uLaw codecs. For my very
poor inet access (GPRS) iLBC was the best.
