I'm using this configuration daily with the latest version of baz.
(compiled myself, linking against a libneon compiled with --with-ssl)

If you insist on using tla or baz < 1.4, you'll need to patch it.

baz warns you about the untrusted certificate, but I found no way to
manally "accept" the certificate. (It is probably possible, though)
